Schedule with a colleague (no invite needed)
Can I schedule an interview with a colleague?
Yes, with no invite and no extra connection. As soon as a member of
your organisation has connected their calendar and shares their
availability, they appear in the composer under Colleagues,
above external hiring managers — pick them like any hiring manager.
What does a colleague see of my calendar?
Only when you're free or busy — never your event details. It's the
same rule as for an external hiring manager.
How do I stop (or resume) sharing?
In Settings, the Share my availability with my team toggle
(on by default). Switched off, you disappear from your colleagues'
Colleagues group; switched back on, you return — nothing else to
do.
