What does "200 interviews a month" mean?
One interview = one scheduling link created. The counter covers the links you create within the calendar month and resets on the 1st. Past 200, creating new links pauses until the following month — interviews already booked are never affected. For scale: 200 interviews a month is roughly ten per working day, well beyond what a recruiter schedules in practice.

Is SyncHire really free?
Yes. During early access everything is free for up to 200 interviews a month: live availability, automatic Meet or Teams link, tracking of the links you shared. No credit card is asked for at signup.
Does the hiring manager need a paid seat?
No, never. The hiring manager has no account and no seat: they grant read-only access to their free/busy from a link, and can revoke it whenever they want. That's true today and will stay true on the Pro plan.
What happens if I go past 200 interviews?
Creating new links pauses until the next month. Nothing is deleted, nothing is charged automatically, and interviews already booked run as normal. Write to us if your volume regularly exceeds that.
How much will the Pro plan cost?
The price isn't set yet — we want to learn what actually matters to agencies hiring at volume first. Accounts created during early access will be told before anything changes, with no automatic switch to a paid plan.
