What does "3 connected hiring managers" mean?
A hiring manager counts when their calendar is linked live (read-only). Your directory is unlimited — create as many profiles as you like; only live calendar connections are counted. Past 3, connecting another calendar requires Pro, and disconnecting a hiring manager you no longer schedule with frees the slot. Interviews are never counted: your links keep booking, whatever the month's volume.

Is SyncHire really free?
Yes — a real free plan, not a trial: one recruiter seat, unlimited interviews and scheduling links, live availability, automatic Meet or Teams link, with up to 3 hiring managers' calendars connected at a time. No credit card is asked for at signup.
Does the hiring manager need a paid seat?
No, never. The hiring manager has no account and no seat: they grant read-only access to their free/busy from a link, and can revoke it whenever they want. That's true today and will stay true on the Pro plan.
What happens when I reach 3 connected hiring managers?
Connecting a fourth calendar requires the Pro plan. Nothing breaks: calendars already connected keep working, your links keep booking, and disconnecting a hiring manager you no longer schedule with frees the slot.
How much does the Pro plan cost?
Pro is €25 per user per month, or €250 per year (two months free). Prices are exclusive of VAT: the applicable rate is added at checkout based on your country, and an EU business that enters a valid VAT number is reverse-charged. The free plan stays free — there is no automatic switch to a paid plan.
