1. Publisher
SyncHire is operated by GetPro, a French société par actions simplifiée (SAS) registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 812 105 138, with its registered office at 41 rue Faidherbe, 75011 Paris, France. By creating an account or using SyncHire, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
SyncHire is an interview-scheduling tool for recruiting professionals. It lets you create booking links and let candidates pick a time that is genuinely free in a hiring manager's calendar. SyncHire is in early access: the service evolves, and some features may change or be removed.
3. Account and organisation
You must be of legal age and authorised to represent your company to create an account. The first person from a company to sign up creates the organisation and becomes its administrator; colleagues join by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
4. Your responsibility for the data you enter
You enter data about third parties (candidates, hiring managers) into SyncHire. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process it and for respecting their rights. You agree not to use SyncHire to send unsolicited messages or for any unlawful purpose.
5. Calendar connections
A hiring manager's calendar connection is voluntary and limited to reading availability (free/busy). It is revocable at any time. SyncHire never writes to a hiring manager's calendar and never reads their event details (see the Privacy Policy).
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: circumvent or disrupt the service; attempt to access it without authorisation; decompile it or extract its code; or use it to harm the rights of others. We may suspend an account in the event of a breach.
7. Early access, availability and pricing
During early access, SyncHire is provided "as is", without any guarantee of availability or of being error-free. The service is free for now; a paid plan may be introduced in the future, in which case you will be informed before any charge.
8. Intellectual property
GetPro retains all rights to the SyncHire software, brand and design. You retain ownership of the data you enter; you grant us only the right to process it to provide the service.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GetPro shall not be liable for indirect damages, nor beyond what applicable mandatory rules provide. SyncHire does not guarantee that an interview will actually be booked or honoured: the service provides the tool, not the outcome.
10. Termination
You may stop using SyncHire and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these terms.
11. Personal data
The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
12. Changes and governing law
We may amend these terms; for any significant change, users will be informed. These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the competent courts of Paris, subject to applicable mandatory rules.
