Terms of Use

1. Publisher
SyncHire is operated by GetPro, a French société par actions simplifiée (SAS) registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 812 105 138, with its registered office at 41 rue Faidherbe, 75011 Paris, France. By creating an account or using SyncHire, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
SyncHire is an interview-scheduling tool for recruiting professionals. It lets you create booking links and let candidates pick a time that is genuinely free in a hiring manager's calendar. SyncHire is in early access: the service evolves, and some features may change or be removed.
3. Account and organisation
You must be of legal age and authorised to represent your company to create an account. The first person from a company to sign up creates the organisation and becomes its administrator; colleagues join by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
4. Your responsibility for the data you enter
You enter data about third parties (candidates, hiring managers) into SyncHire. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process it and for respecting their rights. You agree not to use SyncHire to send unsolicited messages or for any unlawful purpose.
5. Calendar connections
A hiring manager's calendar connection is voluntary and limited to reading availability (free/busy). It is revocable at any time. SyncHire never writes to a hiring manager's calendar and never reads their event details (see the Privacy Policy).
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: circumvent or disrupt the service; attempt to access it without authorisation; decompile it or extract its code; or use it to harm the rights of others. We may suspend an account in the event of a breach.
7. Availability of the service
SyncHire is provided "as is": we do our utmost to keep it available, without guaranteeing that it will be free of interruption or error. The service evolves and some features may change; should an important feature of a paid plan be removed, the organisations concerned will be informed in advance.
8. Plans, prices and billing
Free plan. SyncHire offers a free plan, with no credit card, limited to one active user and three connected hiring-manager calendars. The number of interviews scheduled is not limited.
Pro plan. The Pro plan lifts both limits. It is billed at €25 excl. VAT per active user per month, or €250 excl. VAT per active user per year (two months free). Prices are exclusive of tax; any applicable VAT is added at payment according to your organisation's country and tax status.
Free trial. An organisation's first Pro subscription starts with a thirty-day free trial. Your payment method is recorded when you subscribe but is not charged until that period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial from the billing portal, in which case nothing is charged. The trial is granted once per organisation; any later subscription is billed from the moment it is taken out.
Payment and invoices. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details. Invoices are issued by GetPro and remain available at any time from the billing portal, which an administrator opens from the application's settings.
One seat per active user. The subscription is billed on the number of active users in your organisation. Adding a colleague increases that number, and the amount is adjusted pro rata for the current period; deactivating a user decreases it at the next renewal.
Renewal and cancellation. The subscription renews automatically at each monthly or yearly term until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, without giving a reason, from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: the service remains available until that date, and the period already started is not refunded.
Return to the free plan. When a Pro subscription ends — by cancellation or by non-payment — your organisation returns to the free plan. If it then has more active users than the free plan allows, the accounts above the limit are deactivated, the oldest administrator account being kept. No data is deleted: deactivated accounts regain access as soon as the organisation returns to Pro.
Failed payment. If a payment fails, further attempts are made. If payment still does not succeed, the subscription ends and the organisation returns to the free plan under the conditions above.
Price changes. We may change our prices. Any new price is notified to you at least thirty days before it applies to your subscription, during which time you remain free to cancel.
Right of withdrawal. SyncHire is a professional service, subscribed to for the purposes of your business: the fourteen-day right of withdrawal provided for consumers does not apply. The free plan lets you try the service for as long as you need before any payment.
9. Intellectual property
GetPro retains all rights to the SyncHire software, brand and design. You retain ownership of the data you enter; you grant us only the right to process it to provide the service.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GetPro shall not be liable for indirect damages, nor beyond what applicable mandatory rules provide. SyncHire does not guarantee that an interview will actually be booked or honoured: the service provides the tool, not the outcome.
11. Account termination
You may stop using SyncHire and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these terms.
12. Personal data
The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
13. Changes and governing law
We may amend these terms; for any significant change, users will be informed. These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the competent courts of Paris, subject to applicable mandatory rules.
