Track your interviews in Scheduled events
Where do I see all my interviews?
The Scheduled events page lists every tracked interview — the
named links you copied, and each booking made on a reusable link.
What do the statuses mean?
- Created — the link exists but hasn't been shared yet.
- Shared — copied: the clock is ticking ("shared 5 days ago,
still not booked"), you know who to follow up. - Booked — the candidate booked: the date shows, and the event
is in your calendar.
Copying a link counts as sharing it: the status flips to
Shared at the moment of the copy.
What about past interviews?
The period switch separates upcoming from past. An interview can
also be cancelled — by you, or by the candidate themselves
(see the cancellation article).
