Reusable links (yours and your hiring managers')
What is a reusable link?
A link that never runs out: each booking creates its own interview,
and the link keeps working. The Reusable links page groups them
by tab:
- My links — your personal links, on your own calendar, for
your screening calls (15 min, 30 min…). - HM links — one link per hiring manager: the candidate books
on the manager's real availability, and you organise without
attending. - Colleague links — the same, when the person to meet is a
colleague from your organisation.
How do I create a personal link?
From Reusable links, My links tab: pick a duration (or a
custom one, from 5 minutes to 8 hours) and, if you like, a name.
Each link's Link settings… panel sets the format (video or
onsite), the description shown to the candidate, optional
participants, and your booking questions (see the dedicated
article).
Where do the listed HM links come from?
Copying a manager's link from the composer creates a working link
without saving it anywhere. Save pins it to the HM links
tab (and to the extension's menu) so you can find it again;
removing it from the list never breaks an already-shared URL.
