Candidate cancellation and rescheduling
Can the candidate cancel or move their interview?
Yes. Once the interview is booked, their booking page offers
Cancel and Reschedule: they pick another genuinely-free
slot, the calendar event is moved (the video link survives), and
you're notified.
How do I limit last-minute cancellations?
In Settings, set the number of hours before the interview
beyond which the candidate can no longer act alone:
- No cutoff — they can cancel or move until the start.
- N hours — past that threshold, the page tells them to
contact you. - Not allowed — every change goes through you.
The candidate's page states the deadline before it passes: no
button that vanishes unexplained.
What about the recruiter's side?
You can always cancel from the interview page, with no cutoff — a
no-show 30 minutes out must still free the hiring manager's slot.
