Does SyncHire work with Outlook and Teams?
Yes. Recruiters and hiring managers can connect Google or Microsoft, and a booked interview automatically gets a Teams link (or Google Meet, depending on the organiser's calendar).
Why not just use Bookings?
If all your interviewers are in your Microsoft 365 tenant, do. Bookings can't read the calendar of someone who has no licence with you — which is exactly a client-side hiring manager.
Does the hiring manager have to install anything?
No. They open a link, allow read-only access to their free/busy, and that's it. No SyncHire account, no licence.
