Your logo on candidate pages and emails (Pro)
How do I show my logo?
On the Organization page, Branding card (admin, Pro plan):
upload a PNG or JPEG. A transparent-background PNG gives the
best result — the image is trimmed and resized automatically at
upload.
Where does the logo appear?
Everywhere your brand speaks to someone external:
- the page where the hiring manager connects their calendar;
- the candidate's booking pages;
- emails (confirmations, notifications, invitations).
What happens without the Pro plan?
The logo simply isn't shown — pages fall back to the SyncHire mark.
The file is kept, and Remove logo stays available at any time,
on any plan.
