Alternative

The Calendly alternative for recruiting

Calendly is the default scheduling link, and it's excellent for booking a call on your own calendar. But an interview depends on someone else's calendar — the hiring manager's — and that's where recruiters hit its limit.

Why look beyond Calendly

Calendly books against the organiser's calendar. To offer a candidate the hiring manager's real availability, the manager would need to be a connected Calendly user, which an external client rarely is. And a Calendly link is generic: the candidate lands on a page that could belong to anyone, not one that says their name.

SyncHire: built for the recruiter in the middle

SyncHire reads the hiring manager's real free/busy from a read-only calendar connection (no account, no seat) and shows the candidate only genuinely-free times, on a link that carries their name. The interview lands on your calendar with a Google Meet or Teams link. It's French-native and RGPD-first.

When Calendly is still the better choice

If you mostly book calls on your own calendar, or you rely on Calendly's hundreds of integrations (ATS, Zapier, payments), Calendly is the better tool. SyncHire is focused on the recruiter-in-the-middle case.

Frequently asked questions

Is SyncHire free like Calendly?

Yes, free during early access, no card. Calendly has a free tier too — the difference is the use case, not the price.

Can Calendly show a hiring manager's availability?

Only if the manager is a connected Calendly user on your account. SyncHire lets an external manager share read-only free/busy from a link, with no account.

Can I use both?

Yes — many recruiters keep Calendly for their own screening calls and use SyncHire for candidate–hiring-manager interviews.
